Bird control in Arizona
Bird control in Arizona is exclusion work: pigeons and other nuisance birds are physically kept out of the roosting spot — solar panels, tile roof gaps, eaves and patio beams — rather than repelled, because a cleared roost with an open entry is simply reoccupied.
When birds find their way into your Arizona home, it can disrupt the peace and comfort of your living space. At First Inspection Termite & Pest, we understand the frustration and inconvenience unwanted bird intrusions bring. As your trusted bird exclusion experts in Arizona, we’re dedicated to swiftly addressing your bird concerns and restoring harmony to your home.
Using specialised techniques and environmentally friendly methods, we identify bird entry points and nesting areas for a thorough, long-lasting solution. From comprehensive inspections to gentle removal methods, we tailor our approach to your situation so your home is free from the disturbance of birds.

Prevention
Protect Against Birds
Pigeons return to a roost they have used before, so the fix is closing the space rather than clearing it. The most common Valley roosting spots are the gap beneath solar panels, open tile ends along the roofline, and covered patio beams. Screening and exclusion barriers close those off permanently. Removing accessible food and water — open pet bowls, spilled birdseed, standing water — makes a property much less attractive in the first place.
Our system
Four barriers of defence
Our specially trained technicians establish protective barriers around your home to exterminate and repel pests.
- 1
The Fence Line
The first barrier against unwanted pests is the fence line. We spray the wall and landscape along the fence line, and dust inside the wall voids of the fence to get the bugs where they live.
- 2
The Yard
The second barrier is the entire area between the fence line and the home perimeter. We apply time-release granules to the lawn and/or landscape rock, and bait around shrubs and tree beds.
- 3
The Home Perimeter
Third is the actual home perimeter, where we spray the entire perimeter including the stem wall and landscape. We also spray and dust at all doors into the home including garage doors.
- 4
The Home Interior
The home interior is the last line of defence and, after our initial treatment, needs only be treated semi-annually or annually. When we treat your home interior we spray all entry points and nearly all of the interior perimeter, and we spray and dust the garage.
