Termite control in Arizona
Arizona’s subterranean termites build mud tubes from the soil into a home’s wood framing, and they work out of sight — most homeowners find damage before they find termites. An inspection identifies active tubes and conducive conditions; treatment establishes a treated zone the colony can’t cross.
When termites invade your home in Arizona, it’s not just about property damage; it’s about safeguarding your sanctuary. At First Inspection Termite & Pest, we understand the stress and frustration of a termite infestation. Our team of termite exterminator experts is dedicated to providing swift, effective solutions tailored to your specific needs. Armed with years of experience and a deep understanding of Arizona’s unique pest challenges, we use advanced techniques and eco-friendly products to eradicate termites from your home. From thorough inspections to targeted treatments, we leave no stone unturned.
Your home is your haven, and we’re committed to keeping it that way. Our personalised approach means we eliminate current termite infestations and put preventative measures in place to ward off future threats, so your home stays a safe and termite-free place for your family to enjoy for years to come.

Prevention
Protect Your Home Against Termites
Subterranean termites need contact with soil moisture, so most prevention comes down to denying them that bridge into your home. Keep soil and landscape rock below the stem wall and away from stucco, fix leaking irrigation and hose bibs, and keep wood — fence posts, scrap lumber, firewood — from touching the ground against the house. Watch for mud tubes on the foundation, and have the home inspected before you buy, sell or refinance. Because Arizona termites work out of sight, an annual inspection is the difference between a small treated area and a structural repair.
Our system
Four barriers of defence
Our specially trained technicians establish protective barriers around your home to exterminate and repel pests.
- 1
The Fence Line
The first barrier against unwanted pests is the fence line. We spray the wall and landscape along the fence line, and dust inside the wall voids of the fence to get the bugs where they live.
- 2
The Yard
The second barrier is the entire area between the fence line and the home perimeter. We apply time-release granules to the lawn and/or landscape rock, and bait around shrubs and tree beds.
- 3
The Home Perimeter
Third is the actual home perimeter, where we spray the entire perimeter including the stem wall and landscape. We also spray and dust at all doors into the home including garage doors.
- 4
The Home Interior
The home interior is the last line of defence and, after our initial treatment, needs only be treated semi-annually or annually. When we treat your home interior we spray all entry points and nearly all of the interior perimeter, and we spray and dust the garage.

A typical pest control treatment can take anywhere from 30 minutes to a few hours, depending on the size of the property and the severity of the infestation.
While our treatments are highly effective, there is always a possibility of pests returning. Regular maintenance and preventive measures can significantly reduce the likelihood of re-infestation.
