Why we don't publish a price list
Pest control pricing in the Phoenix metro depends on the size of the property, which pest is involved, how severe the problem is, and whether the service is one-off or recurring. We quote each property individually after a free inspection — and the inspection and the quote both cost nothing.
We could put a range on this page. Most companies do. The problem is that a range wide enough to be honest is too wide to be useful, and a range narrow enough to look useful is not honest — a 1,200 sq ft home on a small lot in central Phoenix and a property backing onto open desert in Cave Creek are not the same job, and pretending they are helps nobody.
So instead, here is exactly what a technician is pricing when they walk your property, so you can judge any quote — ours or anyone else's — on its merits.
- 1
The size of the property
The 4D Barrier programme treats the fence line, the yard, the home perimeter and the interior. A larger lot has more linear feet of fence line and perimeter to treat, so it costs more than a small one.
- 2
Which pest you have
General pest control, termite treatment, rodent exclusion and bird exclusion are different jobs with different labour and materials. Termite work and bird exclusion in particular are quoted separately after an inspection.
- 3
How severe the problem is
Quarterly preventive treatment is priced differently from clearing an established infestation. An active problem needs a heavier initial visit before it settles onto a maintenance schedule.
- 4
One-off vs recurring service
Recurring service is generally cheaper per visit than one-off treatments, because it is priced for an ongoing schedule and keeps a treated barrier in place year-round.
- 5
What the property is like
Block walls, heavy landscape rock, mature vegetation, irrigation and a home backing onto open desert all change how much harbourage there is to treat — which is why two houses on the same street can quote differently.
What you're paying for
What's actually included in a treatment
Our mission is to provide a premium service at an affordable price. Here is what the 4D Barrier programme covers on a standard visit.
- 1
The Fence Line
The first barrier against unwanted pests is the fence line. We spray the wall and landscape along the fence line, and dust inside the wall voids of the fence to get the bugs where they live.
- 2
The Yard
The second barrier is the entire area between the fence line and the home perimeter. We apply time-release granules to the lawn and/or landscape rock, and bait around shrubs and tree beds.
- 3
The Home Perimeter
Third is the actual home perimeter, where we spray the entire perimeter including the stem wall and landscape. We also spray and dust at all doors into the home including garage doors.
- 4
The Home Interior
The home interior is the last line of defence and, after our initial treatment, needs only be treated semi-annually or annually. When we treat your home interior we spray all entry points and nearly all of the interior perimeter, and we spray and dust the garage.
After the initial treatment the interior typically needs treating only semi-annually or annually, because the outer three barriers stop most pests before they reach it.

Common questions
Pricing questions, answered
Pest control pricing in the Phoenix metro depends on the size of the property, the pest involved and whether the service is one-off or on a recurring schedule. Recurring quarterly service generally costs less per visit than one-off treatments, and specialist work such as termite treatment or bird exclusion is quoted separately after an inspection. We provide a free quote for your specific property — call (480) 778-1480.
Generally yes, per visit. Recurring service is priced for an ongoing schedule and keeps a treated barrier in place year-round, whereas one-off treatments address an active problem after it has developed. Which one is better value depends on whether you are solving a current infestation or preventing the next one.

Our 4D Barrier programme treats four zones — the fence line, the yard between the fence and the house, the home perimeter including the stem wall and doors, and the interior. After the initial treatment the interior typically needs treating only semi-annually or annually, with the exterior barriers maintained on the recurring schedule.
